For a defined document or longer piece that needs careful proofreading before it is shared or published.
I’ll check spelling, punctuation, grammar, consistency and presentation while protecting your individual voice.
Projects are quoted according to the approximate word count, project type, sample text and deadline. This allows me to consider the document properly rather than applying one word limit to every type of work.
For manuscripts, reports, substantial guides and other longer projects, we may also agree how the work will be divided, how queries will be managed and whether delivery will take place in stages.
WEBSITE CONTENT POLISH
For website copy that is preparing for launch or needs a thoughtful refresh.
I’ll review the agreed website content for clarity, consistency, flow and correctness. I’ll also consider how the pages or sections work together and whether visitors can understand what you do and what to do next.
This may include:
- spelling, punctuation, and grammar
- consistency in tone, terminology, and presentation
- clarity and readability
- unnecessary repetition or gaps
- headings and transitions
- calls to action
- consistency across the agreed pages or sections
The quotation is based on the total volume and complexity of the content - not simply the number of website pages. A long, single-page website may contain as much content as several shorter pages.
This is a content-polishing service rather than website design, development, search-engine optimisation or complete copywriting. Any substantial rewriting identified during the project will be discussed and quoted separately.
COURSE CONTENT POLISH
For course creators who have developed their lessons and supporting materials and want them to feel clear, consistent and ready for their learners.
I’ll review the agreed course content with both correctness and the learner’s experience in mind, while protecting your teaching voice and approach.
Depending on the agreed scope, the project may include:
- lesson text
- workbooks and exercises
- downloadable guides
- presentation slides
- introductory and closing materials
- supporting emails or course platform text
I’ll check spelling, punctuation, grammar, consistency, clarity, structure and presentation. I’ll also note places where an instruction may be unclear, information appears to be missing or terminology changes across the materials.
Course Content Polish does not include course strategy, instructional design, fact-checking, platform setup or extensive rewriting unless these are separately agreed.
Your quotation will be based on the approximate word count, types and number of files, sample content, level of support required and deadline.
One consolidated round of follow-up questions is included after the polished materials are returned.

I’ll then provide a written quotation confirming the agreed scope, cost, completion date, payment arrangements, and what you will receive.
The quotation will also explain how questions are handled after the work is returned. New or substantially rewritten material is not included in the original follow-up period and may require a separate quotation.
